# Who builds Yoseno and why

We want organizations to have a place where people can say how things really are, and a clear path from those words to real changes.

For now, there is just one of us, so the person who writes the code also replies to emails.

## A survey should lead to change

A manager needs to see not only the score but also the reason behind it. A team needs to know that an honest answer will not get lost in a report and will not turn into a blame game.

Yoseno helps collect feedback, see recurring themes, and shape them into clear growth points. Then the team discusses what to fix, and a new measurement shows whether the solution worked.

We build the service openly and with a sharp focus: the product keeps only what helps people speak honestly and reach agreements. Today the team is one person, and we don't pretend otherwise. This means fast decisions and a personal reply to your email — and slow product growth. So you are not locked in: you can export your organization's data at any time, and data retention periods are described on the “Security” page.

## Who builds the service

Right now, one person handles the method, the product, and customer support.

- **Bernhard Wilson:** Founder
  - Builds the whole product: the method, the code and the replies to your email.

## We’re looking for partners, not employees

We can’t pay salaries yet — the project has no money. Instead, we offer what the founder has: a stake in the project, freedom to make decisions in your own area, and shared risk. If it doesn’t work out, nobody earns anything; if it does, we’ll earn together.

- **Product Designer:** Design
  - Product interfaces and the public site: from the results screen to the design system.
- **Sales Manager:** Sales
  - First customers: conversations with executives and HR, demos, pilot agreements.
- **Investor:** Investment
  - Money for the team and growth in exchange for equity. Terms discussed in person.
- **Marketer:** Marketing
  - Positioning, channels and the first sustainable sources of customers.

## Write to us

The best way to get to know the platform is a demo based on your own tasks.

For other questions, write to us directly: we answer personally and to the point.
