# Summarizing

Starting the analysis and processing stages.

Summarizing starts the processing of responses for the current measurement. After it, the survey stops being a set of filled-in forms: results, summaries by questions and categories, growth points, ideas, and recommendations appear.

This is an AI operation. If credits are insufficient, the analysis waits in its saved state instead of failing and resumes after top-up. Participants can still submit their primary answers.

## When to start

You can summarize manually while the measurement is still open. This is useful when there are already enough responses and the initiator needs to see an intermediate picture without closing the link for the remaining participants.

A separate scenario is to close the measurement. In this case, the platform stops accepting new responses and starts the final processing. After closing, the measurement becomes a saved snapshot of the state: new responses no longer go into it.

## What happens during processing

The platform collects responses that are close in meaning, calculates results, and prepares a summary at several levels: organization, team, and participant. The personal result remains separate and is not mixed with management analytics.

Then, growth points are formed from recurring signals. Recommendations from the knowledge base are pulled into them, and if there were suggestions in the responses, they can become ideas for discussion. This is how the **See** stage transitions to the **Discuss** stage: the team receives not only metrics but also working records to move forward with.

## What is visible afterwards

After processing is complete, the results and growth points pages are updated. In the results, you can see the big picture, team breakdowns, and details by question; in growth points — discuss causes, add ideas, select a responsible person, and try recommendations.

Details are shown only where it is safe. Raw responses are not revealed, and anonymized responses and aggregates appear only with a sufficient number of responses: at least 5.

## Rerunning

If new responses arrive after the first analysis, you can summarize again. The platform will recalculate the results and update the growth points taking into account the new feedback.

At the same time, the working context is not reset. The status of the growth point, discussion, and responsible person are saved so that the recalculation refines the picture rather than starting teamwork over again.
