# Pricing

You pay with credits for the platform’s work: response analysis, summary, recommendation. Each operation has a fixed price.

## Pricing

You pay with credits for the platform’s work: response analysis, summary, recommendation. Each operation has a fixed price.

- **Package S:** 800 credits — €10
  - To try it out: a short survey for a small group. Enough to see how responses are analyzed and what the final result looks like.
- **Package M:** 2 500 credits — €25
  - One measurement for a team: a full survey with personal summaries for participants, identified growth points, and recommendations for them.
- **Package L:** 12 000 credits — €100
  - A measurement across the whole organization or several team measurements in a row — with room for follow-up questions and a repeat round.
- **Subscription:** 1 000 credits / unit — €7 / units per month
  - For regular measurements: credits arrive every month and cost less.

A credit isn’t money: it can’t be withdrawn or transferred between organizations, and it can only be spent inside Yoseno.

## What it comes to in your case

The estimate is calculated from audience size, number of questions, and measurement frequency. It uses the upper bound: the volume includes a follow-up question for each answer and the full set of measurement results.

If your annual volume fits in the largest package, choose the smallest package that covers it. Otherwise, take a subscription for the number of units that covers an average month.

- **Respondents per survey:** 50
- **Questions per survey:** 15
- **Measurements per year:** 4
- **Credits per year · approximately:** 46 284
- **Recommendation:** Subscription for 10 units — €70 per month

Assumptions: 4 categories per survey, up to 5 semantic groups per question, 12 growth points per measurement, and 2 recommendations for each.

The estimate is approximate: actual spending depends on the content of answers and the number of follow-up questions.

## Billing questions

Credits, packages, subscriptions, and deductions — the essentials.

### What is a credit?

A credit is a unit of platform work, not money. The price of each operation is set in advance in a single price list and is independent of both the length of the answer and the model that analyzed it.

### Package or subscription — what to choose?

A package is a one-time purchase: credits go to the organization and remain there until used. It works well for pilots and occasional measurements. A subscription provides a monthly quota, and its credits are cheaper; it is meant for regular measurements. Use the calculator above to pick the option based on your annual volume.

### Does the subscription quota expire?

The quota is granted for a period and renews at the start of the next one; any unused balance does not carry over. Package credits do not expire in this way. The subscription quota is spent first, and purchased credits are used after it.

### What happens when credits run out?

The survey keeps collecting answers: saving an answer is not an AI call. New AI operations pause and wait for a top-up; once the balance is positive again, the queued work resumes on its own. The owner and admins get a notification about this.

### How does payment work?

You start a purchase in the workspace billing, and Paddle handles the payment on its secure page. Credits are added not when you return from the payment page, but after the provider confirms the payment. Refund terms are described in a separate document — see the link in the site footer.

### Can credits be withdrawn or transferred?

No. Credits are tied to the organization that purchased them and can only be spent within Yoseno.
