# What you can do in Yoseno

Build a survey from a template, from scratch, or with AI. Share a link or QR code and see who has already completed it. Compare team results with each other and export a report.

## Create a survey your way

Choose a ready-made template, build questions yourself, or let AI write the first draft.

- **From a template:** Choose a topic for your survey and get ready-made categories, questions, and answer options.
- **From scratch:** Create your own categories and questions, set up answer options and the survey flow.
- **With AI:** Describe your task, review the proposed structure, and edit it before creating the survey.

## Launch the survey and watch participation

Send employees a link or QR code. The survey page shows how many people have started and completed it.

- **Link and QR code:** Copy the survey link or download a QR code for a meeting, the office, or internal distribution.
- **Survey progress:** See how many have started and completed while responses are still being collected.
- **Interim results:** Update the results before the survey closes if you need a current view.

## View results by team

See each team's overall score, results by category, and change from the previous measurement. The organization average is shown alongside.

If a team has too few responses, its results remain hidden.

## Ask questions and download reports

Once the results are ready, you can discuss them in Yoseno or save them for a meeting and an internal document.

- **Ask the AI assistant:** Ask a question about the anonymized survey results and get an answer that takes the overall picture into account.
- **Download the report:** Prepare a text report for reading, or export the anonymized data for further analysis.
