For organizational consultants

Diagnostics for your clients’ organizations — in one workspace

Each client is a separate workspace: their own participants, surveys, and results, with nothing mixing together. Yoseno handles collecting responses and preparing anonymized materials for the conversation. Conclusions and working with the client remain yours.

Switch clients without mixing work contexts

One account can be linked to multiple organizations. Each one keeps its own participants, surveys, results, and access permissions.

Consultant account

Available organizations

Select a client before starting work. The active organization determines which data and actions are available now.

Client organization

Separate data and roles

Access to results depends on your role within the selected organization and its privacy rules.

Yoseno does not build a common client rating or compare organizations with each other. Comparison applies to measurements of one survey within a single client workspace.

Project start

A methodology tailored to the client’s issue

Take a published methodology as the basis for diagnostics and customize the survey to the client’s context.

A ready-made methodology helps you get started faster, but it doesn’t replace defining the task and adapting the language to the client.

Material for the conversation

Not a pile of responses, but a verifiable basis for decisions

Yoseno assembles anonymized results by level. The consultant validates the picture, adds context, and leads the discussion with the client.

The platform does not make a professional conclusion on behalf of the consultant, nor does it present a single opinion as an organization-wide problem.

Material for the conversation

Overall summary

Where the tension is concentrated

Categories and questions help identify an area for a detailed conversation.

Recurring theme

Work handover between shifts

Aggregated signals point to an unclear process for handing over unfinished tasks.

Basis for the next step

A single concise handover process

The proposed practice can be discussed, tailored to the client's circumstances, and assigned an owner.

Project topic

Work handover between shifts

First measurement Signal is pronounced
Follow-up measurement Signal is weaker
An illustration of the dynamics of a single topic, not real client data.
Continuing the project

The next measurement brings the conversation back to facts

Compare two rounds of the same survey on the same topic. If the tension remains, there is a basis for revisiting the action; if it has changed, discuss what else was happening in the organization.

The dynamics do not prove that a single action caused it: other working conditions may have changed alongside it.

Working through an AI agent

Connect a compatible agent to the same working environment

MCP gives an AI client working access after OAuth sign-in. The agent acts only in the active organization, with the granted permissions and within the limits of your role.

How to connect an AI agent →
  1. Connection

OAuth without handing your password to the agent

You confirm the client and the required permissions in your browser.

  2. Context

    Explicit organization selection

The agent sees the available organizations and switches the active one before working.

  3. Work

    Analytics, materials, and surveys

Within its permissions, the agent can read aggregated results, prepare a draft for a manager, or help build the next survey.

MCP does not bypass roles and privacy. If there is insufficient data, the agent gets a limited result; publishing and other changes require a separate permission.

One client cycle

From a new project to a follow-up conversation

Each stage preserves context for the next, so the work doesn't end with presenting results.

  1. 01

    Select a client

Create an organization or switch to an available client workspace.

  2. 02

    Prepare a diagnostic

Choose a methodology, clarify the project question, and set up the survey.

    Get the full picture

Run a measurement and get anonymized results when privacy rules are met.

  4. 04

    Agree on the action

Discuss the priority with the client and commit to the next step.

  5. 05

    Revisit the topic

Yoseno keeps the project thread, but does not promise the outcome of the consultation or a timeline for organizational change.
