When to run it
You care about the health and quality of life of your team and want to launch or adjust a corporate wellbeing program. The survey will help you find out what people need most: psychological support, sports, financial literacy, or career sessions.
What it shows
The survey is divided into sections. For each one, you'll see separately what's already working and what's getting in people's way.
- Physical wellbeing
- Energy, recovery, and physical resilience in the current work rhythm.
- Mental wellbeing
- Psychological resilience, how manageable work-related strain is, and access to safe support.
- Financial wellbeing
- A sense of financial security, control, and clarity about available support.
- Social wellbeing
- The quality of working relationships, support, belonging, and respectful interaction.
- Career wellbeing
- Meaning in work, development, use of strengths, and clarity about prospects within the organization.

The score shows where the tension is, and people’s words show why it arose. How these answers come together into an overall picture is explained in methodology.
What’s in the report
The report will provide a holistic picture across five dimensions of wellbeing: physical health, mental calm, financial confidence, the quality of social connections, and career resilience. You will understand where to direct your benefits budget.
The report isn’t reduced to a single score. It shows growth points — recurring themes and work tensions visible across several people at once. Each one is compiled from anonymized summaries — individual responses don’t make it into the report. What happens to the report next is covered in the full workflow.
